If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return unused products within 30 days of receiving the package for a full refund. If the defect is caused by us, we will also reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Once we can track the return package information, you can receive your refund within 4 weeks, usually you will receive your refund sooner. The refund process is: we need to receive your package from your courier, and the shipping time is about 5 to 10 business days. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your return. And it takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
 
Return Costs:
If the return is due to the quality or defect of our products, we will not charge any fees. If the return is caused by your reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
