Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery date for you based on the inventory of your product and the delivery method you choose. You will usually receive the package in 5-11 days. The time may vary depending on your country. The shipping date estimate may be displayed on the freight quote page.

If your keychain needs to be customized with a LOGO or photo, the time may be extended by 2 days. We will do our best to produce it for you.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return unused products within 30 days of receiving the package for a full refund. If the defect is caused by us, we will also reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Once we can track the return package information, you can receive your refund within 4 weeks, usually you will receive your refund sooner. The refund process is: we need to receive your package from your courier, and the shipping time is about 5 to 10 business days. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your return. And it takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return a package, please log in to your account, view the order under the "Complete Order" link under the "My Orders" menu, and click the "Return" button.
